How to use:
Use a sufficient amount of sunscreen (about a nickel-sized dollop) and apply it evenly to all exposed skin, including your face, neck, and ears. Apply sunscreen at least 15-30 minutes before sun exposure to allow it to absorb properly. Reapply every two hours, or more often if swimming or sweating, to maintain protection throughout the day.
